Nothing here yet — and that’s the truth of it.This feed only shows real posts from real neighbors. Be the first to post, or pick another neighborhood above.
A schematic sweep of what’s real around you — the active alert, vetted pros, and the town pulse. Not live GPS; pins are real records only.
Real Business Pages only. “Vetted” means a verified Business Page — neighbors are never listed as pros, and there are no star ratings: Thanks and recommendations are counted from real posts.
Every report carries its lifecycle: reported → confirmed → resolved.
Quiet streets — nothing reported nearby. When a verified neighbor or a partner source reports something, it appears here with its full lifecycle.
Incident types are factual only. There is no “suspicious person” category — describe what happened, add a photo if you have one.
Local buy/sell from neighbors and Business Pages — price, where it is, who’s selling. No star ratings; sellers carry Thanks and badges instead.
Sample catalog — on this device the Market is showing the built-in demo set, plainly labeled SAMPLE on each card. Live neighbor listings replace it when the backend connects; anything you list is marked “You”.
Nothing listed in this corner right now.Listings here are real — posted by neighbors and Business Pages, never filled in.

Reading is always open — no gate on browsing. Accounts use Supabase Auth; your posts, thanks and messages are tied to your own account only.
Sign-in is not open yet — the method (magic link + Google) is pending the owner’s final confirmation, so this button is deliberately off and nothing can be sent. Until accounts open, you’re browsing as a Reader.
Verification never exiles renters: Resident needs phone + address match; Verified Neighbor adds a postcard code, a document, or a vouch from two Verified Neighbors.
Session logs are kept 7 days, with hashed IPs only — never raw. Deleting your account revokes your sessions at once, gives you 7 days to change your mind by signing back in, then purges everything.
While sign-in is disabled there is no account to delete yet — this opens the deletion page, which explains the full flow and the email route for signed-out users.
Your neighborhood choice, your posts and listings, and the saved feed live in this browser’s local storage. Clearing it resets the app to a fresh first run — server data (when accounts open) is not affected.
Business conversations work today — message and quote requests start one thread in the composer. Neighbor-to-neighbor messages open when accounts open.
No account is needed to message a Business Page here — your note opens in the composer, addressed to the business.
